We ship globally but cannot deliver to certain remote regions and some areas in Asia due to carrier restrictions. By placing an order, you confirm your shipping address is eligible.

  • Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx. $12.95 fee. Delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  • Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale):

  • Refunds: Issued to original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
