We ship globally to equip you wherever your adventures take you. Please note that we are unable to deliver to certain remote regions and some areas in Asia due to carrier restrictions.

Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

  • Order Processing: 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery:
    • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee: $12.95.
    • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

You will receive a tracking notification once your order is on its way. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing.

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of your receipt of the order. The item must be unused, unsharpened, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and protective covers intact.

1. Eligibility & Conditions

  • Condition: Item must be in new, resalable condition.
  • Proof of Purchase: Your order number or receipt is required.
  • Safety First: For customer safety, some items have specific restrictions (see below).

2. Non-Returnable Items (FINAL SALE)

Due to the specialized nature and safety regulations of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once their protective packaging is opened or if they show signs of use:

  • Automatic Knives & Butterfly Knives: These mechanisms cannot be resold as new once the sealed packaging is opened, for safety and liability reasons.
  • Used or Sharpened Blades: Any knife or tool showing wear, use, or sharpening marks.
  • Personal Care/Hydration Items: Products from the Hydration category for hygiene reasons.
  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (unless due to our error).

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us right away if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

3. The Return/Exchange Process: Step-by-Step

1Initiate Your Request

2Receive Instructions
We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions. Do not send anything back without an RMA number.
3Package & Ship
Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Place the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box. Ship to the address we provide.
4Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
5Inspection & Processing
Once received at our Denver facility, our team will inspect the item (typically within 3-5 business days). We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
6Resolution
Refund: If approved, your refund will be processed.
Exchange: If approved, we will ship the replacement once the return is inspected. We cover standard shipping for exchanges.

4. Refund Timeline & Method

We process refunds with the same efficiency we apply to order fulfillment.
