Core Policy: We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of your receipt of the order. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

1. Eligibility & Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Timeframe: Request must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Item must be unused, unsharpened, and undamaged. All original tags, packaging, and protective covers must be intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: Your order number or receipt is required.
  • Safety & Hygiene: For the safety of all our customers, certain items cannot be returned once their protective packaging is opened or if they are considered personal use items.

2. Non-Returnable Items IMPORTANT

Due to the nature of our products and safety regulations, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Automatic Knives & Butterfly Knives: Once removed from their sealed packaging, these specialized mechanisms cannot be resold as new for safety and liability reasons.
  • Used or Sharpened Blades: Any knife or tool that shows signs of use, wear, or has been sharpened.
  • Personal Care/Hydration Items: Products from the Hydration category for hygiene reasons.
  • Custom or Personalized Items.
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

3. The Return/Exchange Process (Step-by-Step)

  1. Initiate Your Request: Email our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions. Do not send anything back without an RMA number.
  3. Package & Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, include all accessories and documentation. Place the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box. Ship to the address we provide.
    • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once received at our Denver facility, our team will inspect the item (typically within 3-5 business days). We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
  5. Resolution:
    • Refund: If approved, your refund will be processed.
    • Exchange: If approved for an exchange, we will ship the replacement item once the return is inspected.

4. Refund Timeline & Method

We process refunds with the same efficiency we apply to order fulfillment.

  • Timeline: After your return is approved, refunds are typically processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Deductions: Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost of the replacement item to your address.
